January 3, 2019 - Very clear gold. Light bouquet of peach, nectarine, minerality exhibited through orange. Has an Absolut Orange clearness to it. Palate is more engaging of fresh citrus (lemon and lime), zesty herbs in basil and some coriander, finishes with some stonefruits and sharp mango. It's clear and zesty but I find lacks a bit of expression like many Central Savvys.
