April 4, 2022 - See previous notes. Serious body and round mouthfeel. Alcohol still discernible but does not detract from the overall balance. Very good wine.

February 8, 2021 - Pale lemon in glass. Lime zest, flinty, smoke. Intense fruit and mouthfeel. Alcohol somewhat perceptible. Long finish. Well made. Keep my other bottle for another year or two with hopes of additional complexity.

August 15, 2020 - Method: tasted blind, 54 degrees, 1.5 hour decant and over the course of the night; Sauvignon Blanc glass

Look: medium gold; many slow, thicker legs

Nose: Meyer lemon, yellow apple, bit of vanilla or maybe pie crust, maybe slight pineapple

Palate: saline, lemon, lime, flint/minerality, light white flower; long- finish of iodine, mineral, and light white pepper; dry; medium+ body with a somewhat oily mouthfeel; high-, very well incorporated acid; very light grip, but doesn't seem quite tannic to me; no heat; focused, very clean

Overall: Wow, such concentrated salinity, pretty gorgeous acidity, and a fuller body, all with such focus and being super clean. Even as the wine warmed up, it showed 0 heat or rough edges. Clearly and example of great fruit and really great wine making. While it's a very well made wine, I'm just not sure how excited I can get over this flavor profile (which is probably why I'm scoring lower than average here). That being said, I love this wine. It's great.

February 22, 2020 - First time trying this producer and was extremely impressed. Really focused wine, decanted for 1.5 hours and let come up to slightly chilled when served and had a beautiful slightly good hue and lively bouquet. Stone fruit; waxy and some earthy notes. Med+ acidity and after the decant has really softened up. Fresh and vibrant fruit and acidity but the body was really nice and long finish. Will be seeking more out and wa me WOTN in our tasting group. Obviously young so if drinking now 1-2 hour decant at least but will probably be trying this every few years to see how they develop.

June 30, 2019 - Too young ! For sure. I wanted a try ! Mineral stony and salty. It just runs down your throat. Needed 4 h of decanting. This will improve a lot !!! 95+
