June 9, 2019 - 60-års dag og blinsmaking: Blind. Aromatisk, begrenset syre, svak såpe, noe gress og mineraler, floral. No idea.

May 5, 2019 - Early days to open this bottle, but curiosity took the upper hand. At first tight and more simple with yellow fruit and apple juice monochrome color scale. With some air the texture comes to the fore and it is lovely and velvety with an intensity that is never heavy. Finish is long and gripping and so balanced it brings a smile. Then there is smoke and a dry tone that overtakes the sweet and sour fruit that is so typical of Chenin, even of fine quality. This is more elegant and yet intense in an understated way that I like very much. Should probably be saved ten years, but nothing wrong if you decant it now.
