February 7, 2024 - Good but not outstanding Prefer over Piper. Moet is a little better for NV imo. But at this price, I prefer Pierre Moncuit or others that I can get. I do like that it’s not a blanc de blancs and the mixture of grapes does make for a well rounded offering, but at the price, I can do better. Not bad, not great.

October 23, 2023 - I opened a bottle at 40 degrees F. Great the first evening. Stoppered, stored in the fridge overnight and it went up 2 full points. So interesting how a little bit of air brings out the subtleties. I have never decanted champagne but this makes a case for it!
