  July 17, 2022 - I have had this bottle from this vintage and other vintages, many times. Always a very good bargain. The score of 88 reflects the quality of the wine for the appellation, but perhaps I am giving it an extra point for QPR. Certainly a candidate for house wine vs. many CDR. Cherry, smoke, savory, earth. At seven years of age it is holding up well, but time to finish off the case.

  October 22, 2020 - Pleasantly surprised for the $6 price point. Like other reviewers I felt it needed substantial time in order for it to truly reveal it's true flavors. Would certainly purchase again, especially at that price.

  April 19, 2020 - 88/89. This improved to an 89 on day 3. Has nice aromas of clove hints, raspberries, minerals, cherries and flowers. Its medium bodied simple yet silky blue fruits palate has light clovey oak and nice freshness. Ends mediumish, zingy and a bit spicy. 13.5%. Excellent value at under 6 Euros.
