Community Tasting Notes 2

January 14, 2012 - Drinking beautifully right now, even though it's past the alleged drinking window. Big wine, mellowed with time, now perfect with food (we paired it with pork tenderloin). We decanted it before drinking and it was delightful!

July 3, 2007 - Dark, extracted color, but with little nose to speak of. Quite disjointed with certain elements wanting to deliver, such s spice and fruit, but not able to to due to overwhelming acid, oak, and vegetal falvors.
