March 19, 2024 - DIVA Burgundy Tasting; 3/19/2024-3/20/2024 (Beaune): Walkaround tasting with producers. bright red cherry and berry, faintly spiced. Very good balance now with sublt nuance emerging on finish, also showing good enough weight.

March 11, 2023 - Nez expressif et charmeur, floral, des notes épicées. La bouche ouvre en finesse, un brin acidulée, déjà très ouvert. 2017 est un millésime adorable pour cette précocité et ce vin en est un bel exemple: La complexité aromatique y est déjà, c’est frais, épicé, très fin.
La cuvée est un assemblage de 4 parcelles qui jouxtent des premiers crus et sur cette bouteille, on croirait qu’ils ont cueilli de l’autre côté! Un des meilleurs millésimes de cette cuvée que j’ai pris. 91-92 pts1 person found this helpful Comment -

October 14, 2022 - Medium ruby. Pronounced. Violets, cherry, strawberry, red plum, raw cocoa, hints of coriander and anice. Very Balsamic. Liquorice. Gentle oak & smoke. Complex. Textured. Med+ acidity. Med body. Med+ tannins, ripe. 13% abv. Long. Outstanding.
NB
This cuvée is made from 4 parcels of vines just below the premier cru vineyards that dominate the centre of this appellation. A step up from their standard village, this is premier cru for this vintage.1 person found this helpful Comment
