Community Tasting Notes 2

February 8, 2020 - Ripe, juicy cherry and berries, almost sweet. Warm spice and cocoa on the finish with enough tannins to keep it in line. I looked at my previous note about it needing some time after I opened it, funny that it was almost exactly a year ago.

February 10, 2019 - Very young, but there’s a lot of promise. Red fruit, spice, a little cacao. Needs a little time to come together.
