August 22, 2022 - Lemons, grapefruit, pear and apples. Slight wax and glycerol and just a hint of wool. Nice sprinkle of herbs and pepper. A touch of vanilla. Long and fresh, slightly salty finish. Good stuff!

August 21, 2022 - Reduced nose, with undertones of grilled pineapple. More pineapple on the palate, some honey, waves of mouthwatering grapefruity acidity and plenty of structure. Toasty finish from the oak (1/3 new, I believe). A tad less reduction and this would be excellent.
