  April 24, 2020 - Light gold color. Drank several glasses over 3 hours. Red apple, very yeasty, rising bread dough, baking spice, straw. The palate shows red apple, yeasty, spice, almost a mulled spice, quice, with a chalky finish. This has developed nicely.

  September 30, 2019 - Napa Day trip (Napa): Tasted at winery, big wine with lots of flavor which I really like, others thought it had too much, good fruit, complex, very comparable to some French Champagnes, would drink again but only available at winery.

  May 3, 2019 - Light gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Yeast, citrus, grapefruit, mineral, some bitters. 88+pts day one.
  
  Addendum: Revisited a couple days later. I find this growing on me more. More expressive tonight, the dry extract and sour apple stands out to me. There's a little ginger or something like that, some chalkier mineral character, and I just find more depth overall now. 89+ anyway now. I'll try to give my other bottle a another year.
