April 3, 2021 - Loved this, although have lost my detailed notes. I remember it as something notably different from champagne (so not a good substitute) but excellent in its own right. Will get some more for the summer!

November 26, 2020 - Thanksgiving Day with the Family: A little bubbles to accompany our cooking chores. This was a gift, no prior experience with this producer. PnP, drank with Val, Meredith and Charlotte.
Medium gold color, small bubbles. Nose of lemon zest and creamy notes. Dry palate, orchard fruit, brioche. Medium weight and finish. Nice enough, nothing special, nice casual wine...good as an aperitif -

July 16, 2018 - Chardonnay and Aligoté. Persistent mousse, with small bubbles. Dry, appealing weight, with hints of richness. All in balance, lingering finish.

November 24, 2017 - Thanksgiving dinner aperitif. Lovely package, good mousse, color, and clarity. Simple bouquet and palate: lemon, cream, a bit of pancake mix. Proper sweet/dry balance for brut, though I’d love to have a little more acidic punch. Short to medium persistence, but smooth and clean through the finish. 5+9+15+7=86
