January 20, 2024 - Very hedonistic, big and broad, but with enough zing to be very drinkable. This is currently a real crowd pleaser, but certainly one for the table tombe paired with good fare

September 5, 2021 - Med lemon. Pronounced. Med alc, high acidity. Med body. Bruised apple, nutty acetaldehyde like profile hides everything. Disappointing.

June 2, 2021 - Classic nose of burnt butter and hazelnuts. Good acidity and length with plenty of spice.

February 16, 2020 - Present oak but it helps the wine shine. It's big, buttery and tasty. Love the Guffens style. (Again on another BD bullshit leaf day...)

November 3, 2019 - Why wait for something which is already shining. Young, very tasty Burgundy to enjoy! Very good QPR.

September 14, 2019 - What a lovely wine. Nose with flowers, some honey, Apple and minerality. Big and tasty palate but with with enough finesse and acidity. JM Guffens nailed it. Maybe bottle difference but I like this one more than the previous bottle. A 'leaf day' on the biodynamic calander so that can't explain it. (And I don't believe a thing of that BD crap)

July 25, 2019 - Some smoke, oak and minerality on the nose. Tasty palate with a hint of something chemical (glue).

July 21, 2019 - same color as the Saint Veran 1er jus from the same producer (pale yellow) but the resemblance stops there. The nose is citrusy, sulfure, green apple. In the mouth it's straight and with a nice attack that is maintained with a feeling of chalk in the mouth. Good lenght but not in relation to the delusional price.
