November 22, 2023 - Let it warm out if the fridge for an hour or so. Nose is rich and oily with lemons and green apple and white pepper. Palate is creamy and savory with some oak influences (coconut?). Finish is pretty short with herbs and good acidity. It’s a good wine but just not my style (or maybe just not complex enough).
