April 14, 2019 - Light dried-hay color with a modest but steady stream of bubbles. Light nose of honeydew and citrus with a hint of balsamic. A light, crispy sweetness in the mouth yet it stays quite brut. That little balsamic bouquet note appears again on the finish along with some chalk and nut shell. A good match to spicy Mexican fare. 4+9+15+7= 85
