May 14, 2019 - Bright straw color with a very fine, gentle, and persistent mousse. The bouquet is a light intensity mix of tropical fruits, swaying toward kiwi, melon, kumquat, pomegranate, and nectarine. Light and refreshing body with plenty of snappy dry fruit to entice another gulp. Certainly on the dry side of the spectrum for ‘secco. Great pairing for not-too-hot Cajun spices or Asian. 5+11+16+8= 90
