May 3, 2019 - Pale yellow colour, has small bubbles of carbonic acid, smells of gooseberry and a little bit of melon, light body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so is not bone dry, in the mouth gooseberry and a little bit of melon, in the aftertaste gooseberry and acidity, good length (15 sec), nice incomplex, yet tasty Riesling.
