September 10, 2021 - Granache and Syrah blend with 14% ABV. Deep red in colour with bright red fruits, blackcurrant & pepper on the nose and taste. Bit jammy and juicy. Good QPR wine. Drink now definitely.

December 4, 2020 - Very solid. Little bit of spice at the front, nice full finish.

October 13, 2020 - WSET Teaching Level 4 for Northern Rhone (Stellenbosch): Mid ruby
Soft aromas of raspberry, black pepper, aniseed and red cherry coulis.
A sweet, rich entry with mouth-filling fruits of raspberry and ripe Bing cherry. Not a lot of acidity, but there is a cool menthol lozenge that gives a slight confectionary note.
Medium-bodied with grainy tannins, there is some breadth to the mid-palate and a slightly salty and diesel note to the finish, which is not altogether unpleasant. A supple, relatively simple wine for immediate drinking over the next 2-3 years.

July 16, 2020 - Ok for a casual BBQ with friends. Fleshy Syrah notes on the nose, not really balanced, the 14,5% is a bit too obvious. Guigal’s and Chave’s CdRs are better choices in my opinion.

April 25, 2020 - Earthy, dark fruit, and gravel aromas, with a dusting of spices over juicy, black raspberry flavors. Easy going but really well made. Excellent value and great with spicy Mexican.
