October 17, 2022 - Last one of these, notes the same as the previous bottle, still a decent drink and good value for a well made wine.
May 30, 2022 - More to it than a standard Malbec, quite a perfumed nose and an earthy mineral taste in the mouth, I had forgotten about a couple of bottles of this in my'cellar' and it has kept well and the other one I wait a year or so before consumption.
I liked this for the change of direction as much as anything else, it won a gold medal with Decanter but that iin my book with recent awards I can take with a pinch of salt, nonetheless a decent bottle, not overpriced and well put together, though I don't think any more are in the pipeline.
January 15, 2022 - Deep ruby red. Dark fruited nose of blackberry, black cherry along with wet stones. Medium plus body, dry, medium plus acid, silky tannins, unnoticeable alcohol. Brief but fresh finish.
This was a great find. Love the restrain, the crunch, the juiciness without any excess oak. The purity of fruit shines through.
February 4, 2021 - Very enjoyable and with a touch of class too. Smooth delivery of integrated flavours coming together and offering complexity, polished mineral edge 89 now more in a couple of years.
February 28, 2019 - Lots of perfume on that. With structure and backbone.
February 27, 2019 - Spicy rich fruit but good restraint, that's darn tasty. Nice clip on the back end.
