April 30, 2019 - Bright lemon and granny smith apple, med + acidity, refreshing

April 19, 2019 - A deliciously crisp, well focussed and mineral Chinon with medium body, savoury fruit, an unusual but pleasing hint of iodine and some underlying gras leading to a saline backbone and decent length. I think it quite likely that I would prefer this, at least in its youth, to the more expensive white Croix Boissée, which sees wood. Good+.

September 5, 2018 - Same notes as the last bottle. I knew this delicious stuff wasn't going to last long during this sweltering summer.

August 13, 2018 - Another vintage of this wine, another winner. Aromas pop with sea salt, oyster brine, with tart yellow apples and apricot, some deeper honey and white tea notes, too. Ripping acid on the palate, this is a brisk and mineral-encrusted wine but shows nice plumpness and some creaminess too. Apricots, green apples, lemon curd, along with complex notes of sea salt, salt brine, honeyed white tea. Delicious, but I'm curious what this will show in a few years.
