  April 18, 2021 - Prior bottle was almost 17 months ago and my notes were generally consistent. Nose was a bit softer than previously, showing whitefruit and citrus, but not the distinct white apple and lemon it did previously. Between light and medium bodied with white apple upfront, some toast notes and light, fine bubbles. Mid-body continues to show good density, but the distinct white peach notes from my prior bottle were softer and rounder. Lemon and acidity on the backside and through the finish. Overall, this wine has held up quite well, still has the structure to be interesting, but the fruit notes have softened. While this makes the wine feel a bit more integrated, it's at the cost of complexity. Still showing well, but I'd drink any bottle over the next year to get the most out of it.

  December 31, 2019 - Decided to make this the wine to ring in the new year with. Not disappointed. :-)
  Very funky, yeasty, earthy nose. Almost manure-like. But on the tongue it's crisp and apple-y, just a fun and very sippable bubbly.

  November 22, 2019 - Previously tasted 11 months ago and this wine continues to show well. Apple, lemon and toast notes on the nose. Still very close to medium bodied and again, showed its best chilled as opposed to cold. Small, fine bubbles and soft white apple upfront, adding white peach through the middle. Nice tartness and acidity on the backside with citrus hints. The fruit continues to show quite well and while the acidity has integrated to a degree over the past year, there's still enough of a tart "kick" on the backside for good contrast and give the wine an overall sense of balance. Next bottle for me will be June/July 2020.
