April 18, 2024 - Drank over two days. Excellent iteration of the reserve, after being disappointed by a few other vintages recently. A dark, golden color, with ample carbonation. Red apples, roasted nuts, and some faint autolytic notes. Drinking well now, and well stored bottles will hold well for many years in the cellar, it seems.

March 1, 2023 - drank 2/28/23. Good bubbles, felt fresh, and low acid. Almond, apple and pear, maybe raspberry underneath. I didn't feel much yeast, but might have been in comparison with half a glass of heavy yeast bottle I tried. Perhaps not worth the price, but very good. Held its own by itself and with cheese after dinner.

December 29, 2021 - Great American sparkling. Lots of apple, bruised apple notes, oxidative style. Would definitely buy again

July 4, 2020 - Med gold. Pronounced aromas of ripe, bruised yellow apple, brioche, almond, caramel, lemon drop, orange zest, baked apricot. Dry, with med + acidity, med alcohol (13.3%). Creamy, rich and smooth, this is a full bodied, generous expression of a classic vintage traditional method sparkler, with pronounced flavor intensity and nice length. 82% Pinot Noir, barrel fermented and aged for 8 yrs in bottle. Drinking well now but with plenty of life left.
