July 26, 2020 - Medium Ruby. On the nose the aromas are medium intensity of dusty rose, red cherries and plums, toast, cinnamon. On the palate the wine is dry with medium plus acidity, medium fine ripe soft tannins, medium alcohol, medium body and medium plus intensity flavors of dusty rose, red cherries and plums, toast, cinnamon. The finish is medium plus and pleasing. The wine is well balanced and demonstrates medium intensity on the nose rising to medium plus on the palate with a lingering finish. This is an old world medium weight cool climate styled Pinot, and a delight. Drink now or hold for another 3-5 yrs.
