July 19, 2019 - FLX TRIP NOTES; 7/4/2019-7/31/2019: a beautiful, clear expression of Riesling. (this was picked in Jan of 2018 - thus by law labeled as 2018). Lighter in style, peach and lemon curd, high acidity keeping this very fresh. Deliciously honeyed. Very beautiful indeed.

September 4, 2018 - Finger Lakes Vacation 2018; 9/2/2018-9/7/2018 (Finger Lakes, New York, USA): Tasted at the winery. This is a compelling wine. Super honeyed, liquid gold! Golden raisins, dripping peaches, nectarines, mango, etc. High acid to balance, but it can't hide the wonderful warm, viscous mouthfeel. An incredibly long-lasting and complex finish. For USD$70/half bottle we couldn't pull the trigger, but the wine is still "excellent," 93/100.
