February 11, 2021 - Rockin' and rollin'. This is in a very good place right now.
Balanced fusion of lemon-curd, chalk, saline... maybe a dusting of clipped grass / fresh herbs. The whole is much greater than its parts.
Doesn't even need food. Total pleasure to drink on its own.
