January 12, 2024 - Bright red cherries, subtle bitter herbs, lots of cinnamon, subtle wood. Really clean and spicy, quite delicious.
January 4, 2024 - Meh… Rather reductive.
October 7, 2023 - Deep ruby color. On the nose cherry, leather and earth. Tannins are still medium+ but have softened. Bright acidity provides nice balance. Cherry and plum on the palate.
September 3, 2023 - Needed at least 40 minutes. 14.5% ABV.

May 8, 2023 - Really delicious fruit, once you get it to open up. It needed almost 2 hours of the canteen. I would still lay it down for another 2 to 3 years.
December 30, 2022 - Amazing nose - plums and dates - nice acidity. Drinking great now but modest tannins should allow another cellaring a couple of years.
December 19, 2022 - Real good buy from Garagiste. Double decanted. Lovely wine. Light style, Fruit and savoury. Good acid profile but soft overall. Nice with veggie lasagna. Good on Day 2 with grilled salmon with Japanese bbq sauce
June 14, 2022 - One hour decant. Nose of cherries, red flowers, and notes of Jolly Rancher hard candy. Palate comes with darker cherry than the nose would indicate, carrying lots of cedar along with dried sage and peppery salumi. Cranberry and white pepper pair with chalky tannins to ride the acidity through the finish, adding a little dried herb at the finale. Drinking well right now.
December 5, 2021 - Very dry but balanced well, with notes of cherry on the nose and stronger with the finish, low tannins and light-ish body.
September 25, 2021 - good but didn't shine.
