July 23, 2019 - Cotes de Bordeaux Trip; 7/23/2019-7/27/2019: Gushes with limes, apricot, green apple, along with peach and cream. Pure and vibrant on the palate with lots of minerals, crushed limestone, with a pleasant creaminess. Quite complex, so delicious, this is barrel-fermented and spends eight months on the lees.
