    August 29, 2023 - 苹果、梨、桃,橘皮和淡淡的香料,以及燧石矿物的气息。香气纯净、集中,酸度通透,结构精致挺拔,宛如幻想世界的水晶塔,充满现代审美的表达。

June 30, 2023 - Fresh - no premox. Finesse and tension. A great expression of the style and vintage. However, in terms of weight and power, I thought it felt closer to a villages level wine than a grand cru.

February 2, 2021 - Really enjoyable, well balanced, clean snd fresh, good stone fruit structure. Lost it a little over an hour, best drunk chilled from opening.

July 17, 2020 - 2017 (mostly) Cote de Beaune Premier Crus vol 3 (Adam's, Logan Square, Chicago IL): Nose: The nose is pristine and poised with saline, peaches, apples, pears, mineral notes, white fruits, lemon peels, acacia flowers, limes, and peach blossoms. There is excellent depth with there being a quiet tension as well that adds extra intrigue to the wine.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with racy, high acidity. The acidity is electric and mouthwatering while the feel carries over the pristine quality on the nose along with saline, peaches, apples, pears, white fruits, lemon peels, limes, and acacia flowers.

Overall: This saw about 5+ hours of air in the decanter in a fridge. This could use several years of aging to fully come together but there is a ton to like right now. There is an immense amount of poise and salinity that really draws you in and contemplate.

April 21, 2020 - Not sure what’s going on... as my bottle was bland and oaky.
