May 11, 2021 - Makes me exited for the to kalon and reserve bottles- tried this as a test - open an hr, still young but very easy to drink- no rush as an easy 5-8 yrs ahead . I got dark berry and earthy flavors and some oak. I usually think the reserve is a few pts higher in matched years and the to kalon the superstar BUT they are 2-3x the price so this is the best QPR at about $75. With a “wild pasture” ribeye. Steak a really nice matching!
