March 25, 2020 - Guess we thought more highly of this than my 7-4-19 note...even white wine can benefit from a bit of time in the bottle. Asian food pairing is a must...or a summer quaffer if we are allowed to gather by then.

July 4, 2019 - Agree with winecurmodgeon, one of McPherson's better efforts. Varietally correct, a little softer and less floral, but I don't deduct points for stylistic differences.
For $13.99 at United Market in Lubbock, a nice entry level Viognier that is meant for Asian dishes. Nice QPR.

January 5, 2019 - One of McPherson's better efforts -- a little more character and structure, and not quite as soft as previous vintages. It's also a less on vigonier varietal correctness -- balanced white stone fruit and some stoniness on the finish. Highly recommended. 13.8%
