May 18, 2022 - The wine is Clear - verging on translucent
medium ruby/garnet with a tinge of brown
    at the edge
    Legs are medium

Clean nose - aroma intensity increases with warmth
(This Cellar temp (55F) a bit too cool for this to start...)
light (+) intensity - developing to fully developed
Red fruit/red plum, earthy/very light forest floor
a little bit of oak (cedar)

Flavor - Dry, medium acid; smooth, soft almost velvety tannins
    medium alcohol
    medium body
    medium (+) finish
It could age another year, maybe 2 - would probably smooth
out the tannins even more so, but the red fruit
might suffer... Drink now. They'll make more...

December 18, 2021 - Beautiful berry / spice aroma, we had pulled it out and f chiller mid day, and opened about 30 minutes before our meal, poured our n our decanter but did not aerated. Velvety smooth on the palate and finish. Paired with simply grilled salmon, roasted zucchini, and wild rice
    Cheers

    November 7, 2020 - N: Slight baking spice, cinnamon.

P: Heavy cinnamon. Not quite as smooth as the 2017 perrygulch. Less fruity, less jammy. Harsher, less refined. Black cherry.

    Medium ruby red.

March 5, 2020 - Bright red fruit and notes of cedar on the nose. Low to medium weight with moderate acidity and a touch of bitter/black fruit on the back end. Drink now.
