April 1, 2024 - Lovely! Earthy and smoky with lots of delicious dark berries. A little spicy and a little salty. Medium bodied and very easy drinking at 13 % Alc. Drink or hold.

December 31, 2023 - Very unique wine. Kind of a cross between Grenache and ??? Very enjoyable simply as a drinker. Perhaps some cheeses.

July 6, 2023 - Thin and pleasant with some bramble and earth tones and a nose of brined olives (some of that on the palate as well). Went well with tapas. Nothing too complex. Gained some weight in the glass and probably should have been drunk closer to release. Like a Poulsard meets Beaujolais.

October 15, 2020 - Several folks here say it is funky, but I got burnt rubber tire the first night indicating volatile sulfurs. I let it sit in bottle over night, and on the second night it is still showing the same notes, though now a little better. A couple hours decanting and they are gone. What's left is very pinot-like. A little thin in the middle but nice finish, with crunchy dried strawberry and earth.
