October 17, 2023 - More forward and generous fruit like a Barbera should have, but with the PAITIN house style.

March 17, 2020 - I bought a mixed case from a local store and most bottles have come in below the CT average, making me wonder about this store. This particular bottle has mostly cherry and sand flavors. Nothing out of place but I've had better for less.

January 9, 2020 - Dark reddish garnet in color, bordering on opaque. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe red fruit aromas of blueberries, cherries & mulberries with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, spice notes, dried herbs & minerals. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of red cherries, blueberries & plums, earthy, spices & minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & airing but has potential for further development with several additional years of aging. Excellent QPR.

January 4, 2020 - Fresh, with lots of energy. Superb balance. Held up over two days.

December 19, 2019 - Intoxicating perfume, rounded and creamy textures, especially of crème de framboise (and raspberry and acerola puree), bracing frame, layered finish. Spectacular! I drink wine for tasting experiences such as this.
