Community Tasting Notes 1

August 28, 2018 - Deep garnet, ruby at rim; black cherries, plums, blackberries, black currants, earth, black licorice, cocoa; black cherry/currant/plummy, earthy, rich, medium body, decent acidity, slightly astringent tannins, lingering finish.
Fruity and rich with some depth. Riper but softer and less complex than 2012. Still good value.
