November 6, 2015 - Excellent wine to pour into spaghetti sauce.
March 16, 2013 - Decent experience for low price...what you would expect. Not unlike a simple Beaujolais. Simple berry fruit, not as smokey/burnt as I had commented on last time. Has structure with acid and light tannin. Drinks fine now and would consume over next 1-2 yrs.
December 5, 2012 - Lighter bodied, thin'ish with a little lightly burnt dark fruit. Finish is more menthol like. Maybe needs to be served at room temp, as this time is about 20 mins out of wine fridge.
November 4, 2012 - Similar to last...reminds me of the prince pirate...more muted fruit this time...some coating tannins that need some food. Will try and hold off sampling the rest untill 2013
September 9, 2012 - The wine looks Ruby colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Strawberry, Blueberry, and Vanilla. It tastes like Blackberry, and Vanilla. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has Bright texture. The wine finishes Medium.
At least that is what the automatic tasting note thing spit out! Decent for the low price. Light and kind of simple, but has some complexity i like. A little sharp on the acid, but that's ok.
December 31, 2005 - Served this bottle when the family came to dinner on Dec. 30. It a good wine for the price.
