August 2, 2020 - Decanted for 2h. Aromas of crystalline mountain water beside a waterfall. It's the closest thing I could come up with. Palate w lemon, tart apples, hint of herbs and minerals. creamy mouthfeel w medium+ body. Nice tart finish. Fantastic acids but bit simple on the palate. Enjoyed this.

April 6, 2020 - Spectacular. Nose of lemon cream and mountain stream. Crisp acid but smooth, creamy. Balanced. This wine will be a staple for me—when can be found.

February 9, 2020 - Pleasant aromas of citrus, apples, minerals and white flowers. Pure and juicy fruit with debth, and a taste that matches the smell. Fresh, with a dry and long finish. Everything in perfect balance.
