December 11, 2023 - Annual holiday get-together (St. Genevieve): Pop and pour, drank a small glass over an hour. Fruity and earthy, this just screamed Oregon pinot noir to me. Powerful and yet soft.

November 18, 2022 - Outstanding. Decanted and enjoyed with baked chicken, mashed potatoes, and a garden salad. Bright, clear, medium ruby color; medium body; medium alcohol. Very expressive aromas and flavors of fresh red flowers, ripe cherry, juicy raspberry, wild strawberry, slightly tart pomegranate, herbal tea, and an undercurrent of red mineral laden earth. Wonderfully balanced with seamlessly integrated acid, tannin and oak. Fresh and lively mouthfeel leads to a great, very long ending. Love the fresh, focused, elegant, and balanced style. Drink now or through 2030. Probably the best US produced Pinot Noir I’ve enjoyed in 2022 so far.

November 14, 2022 - Wow! Drinking beautifully right now with lots of red fruit on both the nose and palate and good structure of tannins and acidity.

July 9, 2022 - Great w/room to get better. Will give a year before the next.

November 24, 2021 - Dundee Hills wines are already distinctive with their bright cherry and volcanic minerality but this takes it to another level. The flavors develop in such a linear fashion—ripe red cherry leads to earth which develops into licorice and violet. The acidity is present but not super forward, so I think this will peak soon and fall off before it’s a decade old. Great now, though!
