January 27, 2024 - Still in great shape and I’m sure will be great in a number of years but my six will be gone by then.
    92+

Has that open and good fruit feel with a nice bit of leanness on finish.
12.5% sone melon and white fruit notes
Mid weight - no real oak

December 18, 2022 - This has really put on some cream and weight since my last bottle and is showing well.
Touch more butter / crème elements with still that lime undercurrent

Give it air and those more citrus elements do come through over the initial buttery notes.

June 21, 2022 - There is a touch of cork taint, which is a shame, and doubtlessly had a negative effect on the overall experience. Nonetheless, this is a wine still in an embryonic stage, with tons of unrealized potential. Initially quite disappointing, but gaining in complexity as it took on air and evolved over the course of an evening. The nose and palate both dominated by lemons- lemon curd, lemon bars, preserved lemons.

Remember when the teachers would elect one student to go outside and clap out the blackboard erasers? And the poor student would be left in a cloud of chalk dust? That smell comes out after a few hours, along with all those lemons, and the unfortunate top note of stinky TCA.

Focused core of acidity that zips down the center of the tongue. Were it not for the cork taint, I think this would benefit from time in the bottle. Given the energy I'm tasting here, I could go for a long time and be the better for it.

August 6, 2021 - Popped and poured- still needs plenty of time to open up. Still not in its prime. Overall- everything is there for the making of a good wine with time. Revisit 2023
