May 24, 2019 - Dark, opaque wine. Nice but fading since last year. Flavors and nose are reticent. Too much alcohol for me. Bottle says 14.9% but could be more.

April 13, 2019 - Ok but not as good as I was expecting, nice (expected) fruit first up but then somewhat confusing.

March 30, 2019 - Very interesting Shiraz that needs at least an hour to decant to fully appreciate its fruit and complexity. What starts as a closed mid 80’s wine evolves into a gem with dark berry fruit, lavender and cassis. Hints of earth notes are in the palate but the wine becomes more expressive with each minute after an hour decant.

January 11, 2019 - A bit dissapointing. Good nose - a lot of black/ripe fruits, chocolate and spices, but with hints of oxidation - caramel notes. Medium to full bodied, the caramel notes more prominante in the palate

January 3, 2019 - This was a really strange bottle. It was like the acidity kept going back and forth between balanced and overbearing? I am hoping this was a result of bottle variation since my last bottle was good.
