January 11, 2021 - Short decant after open for 20 min. Big Burgundy glasses. Nice golden color with typical Burgundy nose of yellow fruits, stonefruit and minerals. On the palate some ananas, white peaches and nice minerality. Medium finish. Very well made biodynamic Bourgogne Blanc in my horizon. Drink up..
