June 17, 2020 - Saumur Champigny 'Les Roches' 2017 - Piccoli frutti rossi, un erbaceo ben integrato con le spezie e anche sbuffi di cipria, aprendosi tende più verso il pepe verde. Arriva intenso e fine senza stonature, fresco con un finale mentolato. Finisce facilmente.

April 27, 2020 - Extensive Social Distancing Drink #16. ABV 12.5%. Very Floral and clean nose. Good acidity but fairly simple on the palate, almost easy going. Little spicy too. Also finished with warmth despite relatively low ABV. Just okay wine. Soon going on no-alcohol for a few weeks! This sort of improved on the 2nd day, fuller and more complex, deserved an upgrade.

October 24, 2019 - Plum Market Luxury Tasting (Bad Hunter - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting. Dense black fruit with good density, just slightly too green and tannic. Nearly enjoyable now. Better to cellar a few years?
