January 1, 2021 - Lemon green with a lot of those little creamy bubbles. And it was creamy in body to match all those little bubbles. M+ intensity on the nose with ample pear/peach/lemon/pineapple and the backdrop of a touch of yeast. Nice acid and body on the palate with a creamy and full finish.
