May 21, 2021 - Pale yellow-gold color with excellent clarity. Crisp, mineral aromas, with herbs, dried apple, and hints of golden raisins. Apple and raisin flavors. Well balanced, rich enough to accompany lightly roasted meats, fish, or chicken. Or, simply drink it by itself and enjoy.
