November 20, 2019 - Took an hour or so to open up. Good briar and blueberry/blackberry, even a little plum. Peppery on the nose, with a slight floral note. Enjoy.

August 16, 2019 - Delicious, rich blackberry fruit with licorice flavors, full bodied, round, excellent structure, long finish, best Torrin ever tasted!

July 13, 2019 - Saw the awesome reviews and decided to pop one early. 2 hour decant (per others recommendation). 100% Syrah. Deep opaque burgundy red. Nose of smoke, nail polish, charcoal and blackberries. Big tangy meaty flavors on the entry. Long finish that smooths out as it lingers. High acidity and firm tannins but already well integrated. Packs a lot of punch. Really good now (tho not at the level I’ve seen in other reviews) but likely much better in a few years. About 93 now.

July 12, 2019 - Wow! This is a great wine. I wish I had more. There is a sweetness to the nose that is intriguing, like jerky carmel. Blueberry, seared pork belly. Rich palate with great elevation, spiciness and finish. Bravo! Amazing Syrah.
