  December 10, 2023 - 95% Garnacha and 5% Syrah from 80-year-old vineyards in gobelet with organic certification, of soils composed of red clay and the typical 'galets' ( Pebbles) typical of the area. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of 600 L. Ripe black fruit, violets, spices, toasted, creamy, heavy but not disturbing, long, fine, silky and elegant.

  November 7, 2020 - A bit flat, and unimpressive for a CNdP. Unremarkable, and likely needs another 3-5 years to do something but I’m not sure if this will turn out better.

  September 27, 2020 - Based on other reviews I’m going to withhold rating and assume a storage issue. Consumed over two days, drinkable, but all aromas flat and faded throughout. As they’ve said for American beer, it was like making love in a canoe.

  May 8, 2020 - Modern style (no funk) wine that is just a tad generic. Nose of cherries and spices. Flavor was dominated by cherries and raspberries, but was slightly marred by a sourness on the finish. Hopefully the sourness will fade with age, so I’m holding other bottles for a year or more.
