Fact - I broke the cork, in the same manner, I broke it with 2004 vintage 6 mo ago - strange one.
Lean, with cranberries and dark chocolate, totally rewarding without being as spectacular as 2004 was. Loved it, was expecting more depth but OK as it is. Not sure, if it qualifies for the buy it again option, seeing the prices now. 14%. -

June 11, 2020 - There’s a lot to like here, I just wished the tannins were slightly better integrated. Maybe a few more years in the cellar would do it?
