June 22, 2022 - Typical ripe Silvaner fruit, banana, canned clementine, passion fruit. Good depth and complexity, little more punch and depth than the Wuerzburger Stein in pairing.

January 31, 2021 - Lots of sophisticated flavor with clear minerals on top of peach and melon. A distinct alternative to a GG Riesling.
