June 28, 2023 - My notes are now 4 years after initial notes. Creamy textured and cherry laden fruit in mouth. Nose is very aromatic and strong wood and charcoal secondary notes. The mid palette is burned wood and very cherry laden. Finish is balanced and perhaps more creamy residual notes than acidity.
