Syrlige kirsebær, ikke så ekspressiv nese.
Kraftig syre, tørrende tanniner. Syrlige kirsebær. Snev av vanilje? Nokså lett kropp. Syren og tanninene bærer smaken mer enn frukten.
Enkel og god dolcetto som ligger et par knepp over normalen. -

October 20, 2019 - Nice balance. Leather and cranberry with licorice on the nose. High alcohol and tannins. Very enjoyable. Great with vegan white chili.
