November 12, 2023 - Gentle flavors on the nose - lemon, green apple, grass. A medium weight body with strong nuances of richer, riper apples. Nice minerality on the finish, the lemony acidity a little less pronounced with age.

June 22, 2020 - Pale yellow/straw in the glass. Opens with lemon, mineral, and green apple. Meduim-light body, and great mouthfeel. Palate has great acidity, but still manages a touch of creaminess which makes this a good accompaniment to a wide variety of foods. Medium length finish of grapefruit and more minerality. Well made. Recommended now through 2022
