Community Tasting Notes 3

August 3, 2021 - Nice wine. Nose is floral and jammy with rose petals, strawberries, and raspberries. Palate is a bit unusual with the tannins hitting you first, followed by a touch of bitterness. Strawberries and red fruit come at the backend.

June 26, 2020 - Very floral on the nose and palate with gentle notes of strawberry, violets and possible subtle cherry.

August 3, 2019 - Cartograph wines: Medium ruby color. Rhubarb pops from the nose, along with roses, cola, sweet strawberries and raspberries. The palate is fresh and bright with dusty tannins and juicy fruit (strawberries, red currants, raspberries). I get notes of raspberry leaf, mint and white pepper that add complexity. Juicy, fruity and fun but really vibrant and lively. I’d like to see where this goes in 2-3 years. 13.6% alcohol.
